Phonics Check Assessment Tracker

This phonics check assessment tracker is a great way to track and keep your student assessment information for the 20 week and 40 week phonics checks. This is a google sheet that has a space for student name, checking off the sounds they know in their assessment with a curated check that keeps count of how many correct with a drop down for progress assessment. 

This is fully customisable for you to edit the font and colours and use to support your phonics assessment gathering. 

This is using Google Sheets only and is a supporting tracker alongside the assessment. (This does not have any assessment deliverables; only an assessment tracker).
