Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and delivery location (urban or rural).
Physical orders are processed and shipped within 2 weeks.
Digital products are delivered via email immediately after checkout is completed. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at the time of purchase.
Digital Products
All digital products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
We use a download tracking system, which records how many times each file has been accessed or downloaded. By purchasing digital products, you agree that access to the files constitutes delivery of the product.
Physical Product Returns
Returns for physical products must be arranged prior to sending.
To request a return, please contact us at info@mrspriestleyict.com with clear communication outlining your request. We will confirm whether the return is approved and provide the correct return address.
Items must be returned:
- In original condition
- Unused and undamaged
Returns sent without prior approval or to an incorrect address will not be accepted.
Responsibility for Returns
Returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by us.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items that are lost, misdelivered, or not received.
Refunds
Refunds for approved returns will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method through the website. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Faulty Items
If a physical product is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. We will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
