Work with Jordan

It has been both a pleasure and a privilege to work with Jordan and our staff have the utmost respect for her. Jordan has really enhanced our teacher knowledge, skill and practice with using Seesaw. Having Jordan support our kura with Seesaw has raised our understanding and awareness of all that Seesaw can do to support and extend student learning. With Jordan's help, we have been able to utilise all of the features of Seesaw more successfully and with greater confidence. Jordan has the ability to adapt her teaching and support to meet the needs of whoever she is working with and our team really appreciates this. Jordan is an amazing professional to work with as she is highly skilled, flexible, patient, knowledgeable, adaptable and capable. Jordan's outstanding knowledge of Seesaw has really helped our school.

As a first time principal of a little rural school  I wanted to ensure I had total understanding and a consistent format of planning templates I knew the staff would love and be happy to use. I reached out to Jordan, for help as I knew the staff already loved her resources. Jordan provided us with a planning service designed especially for our school that went above and beyond to ensure we were all set for 2025. We travelled to Jordan's headquarters in Auckland on the last school day of 2024 and all the staff have said it was the best PD they have ever had, Jordan made each staff member feel special with individual support and amazing hospitality. Her continued support throughout the year for both myself and the teachers has been like your favourite winter blanket on a very cold morning. I would definitely recommend any school reaching out to Jordan if you want teachers who now actually love planning, because Jordan made it so easy and made the life of a principal so much easier. 

Following on from working with the magic that is the SMA, we approached Jordan to help us develop a bespoke planning template that would streamline our processes, make teachers' lives easier, and ensure consistency across the school. From the very beginning, Jordan took the time to truly listen and understand our needs. She collaborated closely with our teaching staff, ensuring their voices were central in shaping a shared vision. Jordan's support didn’t stop at the design phase—she was instrumental in the successful rollout of the template, providing clear guidance and reassurance throughout. Thanks to her expertise and thoughtful approach, our teachers now have a practical, consistent tool that supports planning and enhances collaboration.
