Reward Jar Header (summer sherbet theme)

This freebie template works great alongside the reward jar from Kmart that can be used to track classroom goals, learning or achievements. This freebie has two sections: one space to write a classroom goal or something they are working towards and another for what they are earning or achieving as a reward. 

This is a great incentive for students to track and be accountable for their learning or goals.
