This resource includes a range of colour boards for students to use when playing This activity.
Use letter tiles, magnets, alphabet cards or laminate and have students write down sounds.
The teacher then calls a sound and students can remove it or cross it off if they have it.
The winner is the person with all their chosen sounds gone or covered.
This can be used with encoding or decoding.
